Our Story
How it began
Manasai began in a home kitchen, with a mother's simple wish: food she could trust completely. No labels she couldn't read, no additives she couldn't pronounce, nothing sitting on a shelf for months.
We started growing microgreens by the windowsill, then floral blooms, then baking with millets the way they were meant to be — whole, unrefined, honest. What began as a personal practice slowly became a promise we wanted to share.
Today, every order is grown or baked fresh the moment you place it. Nothing is mass-produced or stockpiled. It means we move a little slower — but it also means what reaches you is alive, fragrant, and made with intention.
